Happen to stumble upon this place when we were at the money exchange nearby and wanted some good Moroccan food to try.
Beef Tajin was so good, my father kept going on about it for days! And he's usually a very picky eater so this is saying a lot!
Chicken Tagine was also quite nice. Really large chunks of chicken and very flavorful as well.
I got the assortment of Moroccan salads and it was very fancy and different from what I was expecting. There were seven small bowls with different types of salads in there. Some were better than the other but overall everything was quite tasty. The one with the bell peppers was my favorite! Something blackish in color next to it was also quite nice and perfect with some of the bread they brought on the table. Fresh tomato salad was quite refreshing. Potato salad had a neutral flavor. Something that I could definitely finish as well mixed with one of the other salads. Only one I think I didn't like too much was the orange one with some sesame seeds on top. It was a little too sweet like a dessert so not something I wanted to have at that time. I bet it would taste delicious with some bread!
Chicken couscous was also nice. It was a large amount of couscous with really big pieces of chicken on top. Also came with some melon, carrots and other vegetables. It did have a slightly sweet hint to it, but I quite like that.
Sister ordered the Royal Couscous (she actually wanted the lamb chops but they were out). This plate really looked Royal! It was a big bowl of couscous with some chicken, beef and I think even some lamp sausages on there. Overall quite a fancy dish and shared with my brother and finished it all.
Want to add that everything had really good portion size as well! They brought fresh bread to the table which was quite nice to have...

My visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster, and I can't help but label it for what it truly is: a shameless SCAM! My experience with their outdoor ATM was a complete nightmare.
I tried to withdraw money, and to my surprise, the ATM displayed a message saying, "DISPENSER ERROR OCCURRED - ATM COULD NOT DISPENSE MONEY - YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED." A complete lie! Despite the ATM not giving me a single cent, my bank account was immediately looted of the requested amount. And what happens next? The transaction shows up as "pending," promising a review within 5 business days by the establishment and the cancellation of the operation.
But wait! The surprise comes later when, days later, I check my account, and the transaction now appears as "completed." They've stolen my money, and I can't do anything about it. Total outrage. What happened not only ruined my trip, as I couldn't access cash until I returned home, but also shamelessly robbed me of nearly €200.
So, friends, take my advice: steer clear of this den of thieves. And don't even think about approaching that ATM. It's a nest of scammers. Don't trust this place for a second! A...
Read moreWe went for last day in Marrakech family dinner by seeing the good reviews but was disappointed. We think the reviews are fake. We will not go back. At 9pm we were the only guests ! No live music, although they claim traditional restaurant but no welcome snacks (olive, bread etc.) which is very common in most places, the food portion is small, Tanjia meat was soft but salty and half of the meat was fat. Lamb Tajine was tasteful but little unusual vegetables for Morocco. They gave only 4 small pieces of bread for 4 persons! Which does not even look like Moroccan bread. No other carbohydrates. Surprising was that they put a small bowl of semolina but came back after few minutes to take back saying wrongly served on our table ! When leaving no one even said bye although they were standing on the door! Zero service, not sure where those good reviews are coming from. I wonder how people even mention the name of the server, they never came to introduce ! Thanks for spoiling our...
