Best Chinese food in Marrakech.

We have lived in Marrakesh for 8 years and have found it very difficult to find good authentic Asian cuisine. After finding this restaurant on Google and seeing the pictures of the dishes we could not wait to try their food.

We placed a large order for takeout. The dishes are fresh and authentic real Chinese food. They make their noodles by hand. The broth is exquisite. Vegetables were perfect and not overcooked. I don't think they use MSG because I would normally feel it. We felt wonderful after eating the food, which is not something I can say for the other Asian cuisines I find around here in Marrakesh.

This is a well-run restaurant run by a Chinese family. The servers were very friendly and talkative and the owner did a great job running his business.

We came back the next week and ordered another large order We will come back again and again. Absolutely love everything...

First if all, the service. Our party of three was totally ignored for 20 minutes. We didn't mind as we were chatting. But when it came to attract a waiter's attention when we wanted to order, it just wasn't possible. In the end, one of my friends just raised both his arms and waved them about shouting for service. That worked.

The food? Bowdlerised Chinese. One friend had a veggie dish of aubergine. The flavour was predominantly of cinnamon. I have never had this in Chinese food before. Simply horrid. My other friend had a noodle soup. All I could taste was coriander. However his salad of cucumber was nice. My food, a sort of liquid dish with beef and noodles was meant to be hot and spicy. If there were 10 molecules of chili in it, I'd be surprised. The noodles were rubbery and the overwhelming flavour was of salt.

A great Chinese restaurant in Gueliz, Marrakech. Firstly, stop and order fresh quality pomegranate juice from Ibrahim. It's the perfect healthy accompaniment to the Chinese food. Fresh ingredients and a good variety of dishes on offer. From vegetables, to fish, beef, chicken and especially lamb. Spacious interior and exterior. Prompt service. Clean interior and mezzanine dining. The toilet is located on the ground floor. My go to Chinese in Marrakech for a very reasonably priced good...
