Mopane worms. I tried the caterpillar form of the Emperor worms for the experience. Texture is a toss between crunchy and sautéed juicy. Personally would have wanted it to be more on the savoury side --- honestly dipped it in the sauce of the next dish.

Eendingu with Pap. Dry beef meat (eendingu) that was stewed and served with the traditional white cornmeal stiff porridge (pap). Loved it!

Oshigali and Ondjove. Black-eyed bean purée (oshigali) with marula oil (ondjove) was a sampler I was provided for free - without me even asking for it. It was warm, homey, and comforting! A+!!!

My waiting staff, Selma, was awesome! She took the time to explain the dishes to me. Offered me to try oshigali and ondjove for free. Ensured I was doing fine and did not need anything else throughout.

Food is amazing, pity sometimes they don't always have the regulars in stock. Location is awesome and I love the vibe there. Service could be bettet, staff don't always pay attention to the details of your order, some don't know how to be professional, you get service depending on the amount of tip you give. So staff should stop soliciting tips from clients. We just want to support local businesses that employ local,but the staff can be more professional and keep away from their cellular phones and focus on delivering good service. Room for improvement..
