KFC Independence — Restaurant in Khomas

Ordered food and was given a receipt woth my order number. Was very suprised that after 5 min of waiting the employee just pressed on their screen that all orders were ready (at least ten orders for everyone who had ordered at that time). Went to the counter to get my order, got a reply that it is not ready yet. At first thought there was some kind of internal issue so paid no attention to it. Then the cashier sold more orders and in a few minutes the other employee again marked all orders as prepared and ready for pick up. Went to ask what was going on, received no asnwer. Turns out they just want to improve their food preparing time and marks all orders as ready even though it is far from true. Would be fine if the orders would be handed out starting from the first bought but no, whoever comes first to the counter gets their order if of course it has been prepared. I had the best experience at kfc and I love the way the presentation of the restaurant is very impressive very clean and the toilet smell very fresh with a clean mirror and the staff are very friendly,clean uniform, patient and they with with customers like they know u as a friend that's impressive as well.
