I had the pleasure of being served by Emily during my recent visit, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we were seated she made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for.

Smily was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive — a perfect balance. Our glasses were never empty, our food came out perfectly timed, and every question we had about the menu was answered with enthusiasm and expertise. You could tell she truly knew the menu and had a passion for making sure guests had the best possible experience.

What really stood out was the personal touch — she remembered a small dietary preference I mentioned and checked in to make sure everything met my needs. That level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

We stayed at Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino for two nights and really enjoyed our time there. As GHA Discovery members, we were pleasantly upgraded to a better room, and the hotel kindly accommodated our early check-in request, which made our arrival much smoother.

The property offers free and secure parking, and its location next to a shopping center makes it very convenient for guests. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the city. Special thanks to Tisha Semedo, who was very helpful and responsive in addressing my questions and providing clarity before my arrival.
