Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite its positive Google reviews, we found a large worm in our spinach dish during a recent visit. My mother ingested the worm, only to hastily spit it out when I noticed, which was extremely unsettling. The waitstaff’s initial response was lackluster with no apology. When asked, they also refused to give us the manager’s number. It wasn’t until I went to express my concerns directly to the chef that an apology was made. Nevertheless, I still had to insist on not paying for that dish, which was disheartening as it should have been an automatic gesture on their part. We then paid for the rest of the meal that also included stale rice that came in clumps with brown scrapes from the bottom of the pot. As we were ready to leave, I attempted to contact the number provided on Google, hoping to speak to their manager. However, we were met with further rudeness from the same unapologetic staff member who answered the call. She angrily responded, saying, "We already apologized, why are you calling? Didn’t we deduct the cost of the spinach from the bill?" It was so unbelievable that my mother and I walked out in silence. We weren't expecting five-star treatment, just basic respect. And if they can't manage that, it's hard to see a reason to return. Here's hoping...

Ordered two veg soups. Found bones inside and tasted like meat broth. The two serving girls were very but the manager was extremely rude.
