True to the nature of speakeasy bar , hard to find and locate , but once you Enter , the decor and ambience of truly world class bar

Cocktails are better than local bar in Kathmandu but misses that magic touch of mordern day true Mixologist

1995 rupees cocktail tasted like Laphroig mixed with sweet syrup ( waste of such good whiskey ) 2nd cocktail , Cognayak was perfect with fine balance of Mausambi cordial sweetness paired with cognac

Whiskey sour was nice , nothing extra ordinary

First course ordered was Chilli oil momo after first drink , better than most momos I had so far in Kathmandu which paired well cognayak

Ordered slider at 0950 pm , server comes back at 1003 pm and says we can only serve momo’s after 10 pm I already had momo , requested the server politely , if Kitchen can manage it , since I ordered food well before 10 pm , server responded after 10 pm we cannot serve you anything except momo’s

Requested for the manager , manager said that’s correct we cannot serve anything after 10 pm and we don’t mention it anywhere , but that’s how it is I mentioned to him order was placed well before 10 pm , if that’s d case, and tomorrow you can close the food order at 9 pm or 0945 pm according to whims and fancies of chef or manager He went back to the kitchen and found out there was no head chef and only helper was available , hence food can’t be served

Disappointed with this attitude of making a fool out of customer , hence 1 star for service
