JEJU DO, located at Durbarmarg, turned out to be a delightful experience. The location is perfect—centrally situated, making it an easy spot to find and a convenient choice for anyone in the area.

The food is undeniably authentic. I tried several dishes, including the Pork Ribs, Shrimp Fried Rice, BBQ, and Stir-Fried Chicken, and each one was delicious. The pork ribs were tender and flavorful, while the shrimp fried rice had the perfect balance of spices and freshness and the stir-fried chicken was crispy and juicy. Each dish offered a taste of traditional Korean cuisine, expertly prepared to highlight the unique flavors of the dishes.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. However, the service was a bit slow, likely due to the busy New Year’s Eve crowd. Despite this, the staff was efficient and did their best to accommodate everyone. One standout feature of the meal was the unlimited side dishes. These little extras, such as kimchi, pickles, and other Korean delights, added to the authenticity of the experience and were a highlight of the meal.
