This restaurant offers a unique way of representing Nepali culture through different forms of dances. Be it Tibetan dance showing the culture of people at the Himalayas or Lakhe dance. It gives us light to the various ethnic group in Nepal. Guests from outside will understand the culture of Nepal through these performances. Along with the performance the main thing is the hospitality. They give you the best hospitality. Staffs are very well dressed and caters to the customers need well. I loved the food too. Their Nepali dinner is wonderful and very authentic. Specially in the end i loved the tea that was served which was properly boiled. Also, they entertain the guests by welcoming them to the stage to dance along. Which is really awesome. Oct 2017. The service is unprofessional and poor. The serving staff will just shout out the content of the dish and splat the food onto the dinner plate. The food spill onto our clothes and the serving staff did not even apologize. Waited for 30 minutes for a bottle of water despite reminding the serving staff every 5 minutes. The manager was worse, totally ignoring to the waving hands to request for service. The food was not nepalese food and just typical indian food. There is only 3 short 5 minutes performance by the dancers. The manager was very fast to serve our table the bill without any prompting and asking. Not recommended. Great food, great service, great cultural performance. Located opposite of the main entrance to Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The staff can speak good English, very joyful and friendly service. We were served Tareko (fried potatos) as appertizer, a small cup of Rakshi (rice wine), Kawatee (nine beans soup), main dish was Daal Bhaat with wild boar and curry chicken, dessert was yokurt. The food are very tasty. Cultural performance was well performed, the performers themselves were enjoying the dance. Love to see the staff...
