The major plus point of this hotel is the location . It’s the best location for all those who have to travel to and from the international as well as the domestic AirPorts of Nepal . The room are adequately sized and have all the amenities which you would expect in a hotel of this price Range and I would say more than sufficient . On won’t find anything missing here for a comfortable stay . But don’t expect a professional Culture as compared to other 5+ star hotels . Cause there is a significant difference in the way the hotel is run . U can’t compare it to a well run multinational chain of hotels to say the least . Saying that don’t undermine the dedication and sincerity of the people working here . All are well behaved and courteous in the working and I did not have any complaints about that aspect . Although what I found is at present as the hotel is recently opened there is a shortage of the staff it seemed to me . Hope they can carry on the same work ethics and improve on this aspect . The food menu is quite wide including Indian , Nepali , Continental , Italian , Chinese cuisine available to order . At present they don’t offer the buffet system in breakfast or dinner . Hope that they can consider that option as most people prefer a buffet type meal option both for the variety as well as the flexibility it offers . The food at the restaurant available is good although I never do comment on the taste and the flavour aspect as that is subjective thing . But the thing I can say is that the more focus should be on the practical aspect of taste and not the flavour . The flavours need a bit of improvement to say the least . Hope that improves in future . All in all a good stay here especially when u consider that you only have to walk a few blocks to reach the international and only 10 minutes or reach the domestic . The shuttle bus is available in the international arrival parking area and it’s quite a convenience for one and provided free of cost by the airport authority here . Plus it’s an electric so sone what carbon neutral . Hope to visit soon as it’s a nicely located property . We arrived as strangers and left as family. Laxman Devkota greeted us and ensured we would be treated like vip. Santosh Bharati oversaw every aspect of our stay and went above and beyond to take care of everything from checkin to changing flight plans to ensuring we had a good meal and also arranged tour guides for us. Bikram Iama took care of us overnight, every request was handled with the utmost care and importance. Ganese and Kiran were our tour guides and they shared their city with us with passion and really enjoyed showing us around. The treatment we received at this hotel is reserved for family and we are so grateful they welcomed us and made us their family.
