Unbelievably disapppinting. Dined at 8pm and most of the food in the buffet was cold or tepid and well past its best. Decided to have cheese and that turned out to be the least appetising cheese I've seen in years. Cheese had dried out, the brie was not good! And no biscuits. For a JW Marriott this should be a lot lot better and other hotels we've stayed in in Nepal shame this into mediocracy but at a premium price! There are no words to express the excellent service and food that is provided in this place. The people are very friendly. I had the honor to meet Elina, Laxmi, Rashmi, Miqzen, Asmita, Rashila, Aashutosh, Sherkhar, Nipurna, Chef Bhol, and Chef Birendra. They all are excellent guests and friends (sathi haru). Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. I was looking for something quick to eat within the hotel I was staying at and was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was.
