Café Jong Belegen — Restaurant in Alkmaar

It is friday evening. We stopped here after a long ride from Prague. Our hopes were so high. Lots of bites and snacks on the menu but almost nothing available... NO cheese available in city of the cheese! Bad experience.

Edit - we knew the circumstances. But that doesn't excuse you. I understand that koninginnedag must be celebrated. But the fact that you got drunk... And you were not able to work properly....

We komen altijd bij jong belegen als we in Alkmaar hebben gewinkeld. Heel vriendelijke bediening. Maar vandaag hadden ze er niet veel zin in. Mijn 2e bokbiertje had ik aan de bar besteld en zou gebracht worden (zoals altijd) maar het was vergeten. We hadden niet voldoende tijd om tich nog te wachten. Dus maar afgerekend. Ik hoop dat dit niet vaker voorkomt. Alkmaar heeft wel meerdere kroegjes maar niet zulke waar je je gelijk...
