Sadly a disappointing experience ): I ordered a cream cheese everything bagel + add-ons: avocado, egg. Pretty simple, right? 3 ingredients beside the bagel. However the two workers seemed more focused on the group that came in after me, and made all 5 of their orders before finishing mine (I ordered before all of them). I made notice of this to the guy making the bagels, before he finished the rest, but still he did nothing to correct the mistake.
Then I saw they also added “American cheese” in the bagel, which can be seen oozing out in the attached picture. I don’t like American cheese, that’s why I didn’t order it… A shame, because the bagel was otherwise good and I would’ve came back if it wasn’t for...

On top of that, the ingredients they use are pretty mediocre—nothing special, and definitely not worth the price. If you’re just looking for a plain bagel, it’s fine, but for a full sandwich, there are much better options in Amsterdam and to be fair I can make better ones at home!
