Never Again.
place was NOT busy, 1 customers table only, yet our table was sticky and dirty. For some reason we waited about 40 minutes to get service which never happened… The whole time the lady (which I think is the waitress) was just chatting with some random people not paying any attention there’s a table of customers waiting to order. We went inside to order ourselves and staff was Super rude about it. Finally got our drinks 1 by 1, 30 minutes later.
Ordered a Mojito, received something completely different. Not even sure what that is but that’s Not a Mojito, we got some 100ml cucumber cocktail in a martini glass. Which they claimed is “their version” of a mojito. (12€ btw)
We asked for the bill which was also met with some disrespectful mannerisms as if we offended them. On top of that they charged an extra Mojito to the bill (3, when we ordered 2) and fixed it only after we pointed it out. (That old trick, ”oops my bad haha”) please.
As a worker in that industry we’ve always bent over backwards and broke our backs to deliver the best possible service to our clients. We wouldn’t even dare to not smile at you. And I come from eastern Europe.
You hold yourself as if you’re some “high class” nation. I’ve seen better service in 3rd world countries rural area cafes.
Do better. For these prices you’re asking in this city you should clean my shoes and play a violin for me for the night
to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe their service is overall ok and we got unlucky. I don’t think so, but technically possible..
*On a side note: I read all the recent replies from the ‘owner’ to the reviews here. If your response to criticism is this childish entitled offensive behavior, not only should you definitely not own a business, you should not be working in this industry. Something with less people interactions, perhaps somewhere in production?
You’ll get from people what you bring out in them with your service. Being disrespectful to please your ego is only gonna bring more criticism and bad experience for everyone.
Take it or leave it.
And before I hear another “we’re understaffed excuse” maybe if you’re understaffed for years there’s a more serious problem somewhere? Maybe even a problem which people on Indeed and Glassdoor...

We were a group of four, and I will encourage my other two friends to leave a review as well. The service staff seemed untrained and exhibited discriminatory behavior. It's perplexing that we, as customers, could be perceived as unpleasant when it's your team handling our food. 🙂
I appreciate the desire for prompt service, but asking for our order immediately after handing us the menu is too rushed; we hadn't even had a chance to look through it.
During the five minutes we were there trying to place our order, we were ignored by two staff members, even though it wasn't busy. That is why we LEFT.
Regrettably, I will not be returning to your establishment due to this discriminatory experience.
For other potential customers reading this, I would recommend avoiding this place.

Pancake was a little tough and also seemed a tad overcooked, worst part of that was the accompanying fruit cup which tasted as though fruit had all gone bad or served from a jar of low grade stuff that was marinating in an off putting liquid. One bite was enough. Then the burger came, Mike’s Spicy, which was really dry and not juicy at all, seemed like older meat used with some tobasco sauce and a cheap bun. My wife was totally turned off by everything but I ate what I could since I hate wasting food and we just got off a 9-hour flight so we were famished. Server was friendly and funny but we saw her give other patrons utensils when their food came but not us. Not a big deal, but that’s pretty basic.
