Nice Pizza, rude staff

I went to this restaurant today to grab some food. I was wearing my bright orange jacket and a neon orange hat. For the story probably is relevant that I am a gay guy. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed with a very casual (but not too polite) "vaffanculo" from the Italian pizza baker guy. After this they started chatting in Italian which I didn't understand. I ordered my pizza. Than the cashier asked the baker how long it was going to be taken. He replied in Dutch: “For him? ...maybe tomorrow". They were laughing. That was the moment, when i let them know I can speak Dutch. They stopped making fun of me and prepared my order. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. They were rude and very unprofessional. I know this is a regular pizza place, but seriously we are still living in a world where we cannot wear clothes we enjoy wearing or have to feel shameful about who we and being laughed at? I hope they will read this, and going to think about how they should be behaving in...

I have never experienced something like this. Got the wrong pizza order. Then called the restaurant and they said they gave the delivery guy the right one, called the delivery guy and our order was the only one he took so it couldn’t have been. So I called the restaurant back and they were super rude and said it’s not their problem and that they 100% gave the right pizza. Obviously it was their fault and looking at all the responses here on google for 1 star reviews they always blame the person and don’t take responsibility.
