English/Engels: A nice Italian restaurant, with real Italian staff! The food was great and the service was good. So the most important aspects of a good restaurant are there.
A downside is that the place is really small and when it gets crowded, it can get really loud inside. I could barely understand what my friend was saying. Because of this noise, making a reservation via phone is not easy because I couldn't understand what the person was saying on the other end of the phone. There was a moment while making reservation that the person asked for my telephone number, because of the noise and his accent, I could not understand him. I politely asked him to repeat the question several times and explained why I could not understand him. This is where he reacted a bit annoyed, understandable but not really friendly.
Also I couldn't pay with card because the machine was malfunctioning, they apologized several times about this. I asked if I could leave my contact information so I could pay via internet when I got home. They preferred me to pay right away (understandable) so I had to go retrieve cash at an ATM.
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the service. It started with some minor inattentiveness, which eventually escalated into outright rudeness.
The food was nice—we enjoyed a pizza and were finishing up our first round of drinks. We wanted to order a second round, but the waiter seemed to be avoiding us. When I tried to get his attention again, he responded, "I noticed," without even glancing our way. We initially brushed this off, assuming it was just a busy moment.
However, about 10 minutes after serving our second round of drinks, he unexpectedly returned with the bill, saying, "I’m not sure if you asked for the bill, but I brought one anyway." We didn’t think much of it at first, figuring it was just a misunderstanding.
Then, before I had even finished my drink, he approached us again and asked us to leave. There were several available tables around us, and no one waiting, so this request was quite surprising. There’s no mention of a time limit on the restaurant's website, and we had been there for less than two hours at this point. Altogether, his actions felt very deliberate—ignoring our attempt to order another round, then bringing the bill on his own, as if to encourage us to leave sooner.
The waiter was shorter, with a stocky build and thinning hair, in case that helps to identify him. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I felt that his behavior was both unprofessional and rude. I believe guests deserve a more respectful experience, so I’ll be sharing this review on multiple platforms...
Read moreMy son and I went to Eatmosfera to eat both pasta and pizza. Although we did not have any reservation they were nice enough to arrange a table for both of us. The place was nothing fancy but cozy and warm. Everybody seemed to enjoy the food and their company. Just for that I thought it was a good decision to come for dinner. I ordered one of their white-sauce pizza with grilled veggies and some side salad. My son ordered seafood pasta. The service was very quick; both plates came quickly. In addition, waiters were polite and attentive. I asked for wine suggestion with my meal. I got a very good one indeed. After the main meal, we both wanted to eat some dessert. The table of four next to us kept ordering total of six tiramisus. So, I asked if they have left any, sure they did. We got one for my son. I asked for another dessert suggestion. The waiter told me that his favorite was Sgroppino al Limone. I wanted try that. It’s lemon sorbet with lemon bits votka and prosecco. It was refreshing as it was satisfying dessert. With a couple of spoons (well probably more than that) of tiramisu I tole from my son, I was done. Tiramisu was pretty well done. It was not too heavy or creamy for my taste. Overall, I would definitely go for the...
