Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Yesterday we ordered 2 medium pizzas & a chocolate shake. After waiting well over the time for the delivery I rang the store, as although the delivery note had been saying out for delivery we’d not received them. The guy on the phone said the pizzas were still with him, he was short staffed only one guy on delivery on a Friday evening. Shortly after the pizzas arrived by a pleasant enough young guy. They were flat cold, looked dried up & unappetising as well as one of the pizzas lacked ingredients that are imperative to its name…a Hawaiian with no pineapple!!! So disappointing! After waiting ages rubbish pizza to boot! Wouldn’t recommend under any circumstances to anybody. Dominoes is my favourite brand of pizza I’ve had them in numerous countries & this was the worst! I’d like my money back!!!

Since posting this review this morning I see I have received an answer to my review to Dominoes directly yesterday evening. Their customer service person called Renee has reached out to rectify the issue. For this I am extremely grateful and happy to see that they read and take the reviews they receive seriously. It still does not alter my review or our sentiments on the poor product received but we appreciate their prompt response to try sort out the problem…thank you Dominoes NL my faith in you is somewhat restored, let’s see...

We ordered two VEGAN MEDIUM pizzas, system debited the money, after 40 minutes without receiving the order, we called them to clarify. Dominos stuff said that they see the receipt of money, but they do not see the order itself, after which they decided to take the order verbally, we answered all the questions asked (vegan pizza, etc.). And after 30 minutes were delivered two SMALL pizzas instead of MEDIUM ones! Calling them back, Dominos stuff told us in a raised voice that we ourselves were to blame for not specifying pizzas size (although they saw the amount of money received) and tried offered us to leave everything as it is. When we said that this will not fair and that it was their system failed, they offered to replace these two pizzas, and after 1 hour and 15 minutes they brought a replacement and took away the small ones and brought two medium ones, but with non VEGAN cheese, it was regular cheese! I’m vegan more than 5 years and I can easily distinguish vegan cheese. Terrible service.. Since system failed no bills…...

Worked here, I'm going to try to not be biased. First of all the most important points: The food here, in comparison to other Domino's establishments, is better. We have a couple very experienced pizza chefs, and they'll tailor your order by request. The manager (SO Kevin) is plain awesome, hard working, but a bit too soft on a couple members of the personnel. The ambience is, in comparison to other Domino's establishments, way better. The place feels new and clean, and we liked to keep it so. Delivery wise we try to deliver the best we can, quality before quantity. If there is an order backlog the insiders will not put more pizza in the oven. The drivers their return will be anticipated and order will be shipped out ASAP. To sum it all up: an honest hard-working team, with a couple flaws here and there, who work in a relatively pretty and spacious...
