Today I had a really bad experice and I am really frustrated because sometimes I only come to the store for the food. I am a vegetarian, and also a Swede, so however silly it sounds I come here for a piece of home. However, with a recent menu change I was not allowed to get the vegetarian meatballs as a classic dish with mashed potatos. The staff said I needed to get the new tex-mex style or nothing at all. I don’t understand why I couldn’t be accomondated, especially since the same dish is being served with real meatballs and the only thing they had to do was swap them for the vegetarian ones. The meatballs are good, everything else is not really properly restock. Staff looked like they were forced to work there. Every other ikea has creamers for free, here they charge 0.50 cents each. Seems like the Amsterdam way of doing things. Delft, Haarlem and Barendrecht seem to attract more people and have great staff...
