I went here for removal of a stye. Service and waiting times were a disaster. Had to make an appointment with a 2 and a half months wait just to have them take a look, then another month and a half to have it removed. Here comes the part I am mostly upset about, they called the day of the removal appointment telling me it had to be cancelled due to an āemergencyā. I was pretty upset because I had taken time off work and cancelled a trip but emergencies happen, so I asked when theyād like to reschedule⦠i had to wait an extra month. The month goes by, they call me a couple days before the appointment to cancel AGAIN!!! a second time. I never get angry with staff who canāt help it but this time I did, I basically had to tell them that I didnāt care and they will reschedule someone else once since for me this would be the second time. Somehow I got through to them that way and I could still get my removal done but to me it is insane that they even dare to reschedule twice. I guess they donāt keep files of that? If they knew about customer service they wouldāve already thought about the fact that they better reschedule someone else this time.. All in all they had me walk around with this stye that troubled my vision a lot for half a year. It is sad that I really had to get angry and stand my ground as it shouldnāt be that way and some people may not dare to do that...

It all started with a fact that the doctor was 1h late, and they didnāt even acknowledge this fact, by for example simply saying āsorryā.
But it only got worse after that. They sanitized their hands (with a more liquid than creamy sanitizer), but decided not to wait until the hands were dry, started checking my eyes. Holy moly, I didnāt know how stingy drops ( luckily it was a very tiny amount but yet) of sanitizing liquid can get if they make it to oneās eye and how much the smell can sting oneās nose.
Then of course, we had some disagreement with the doctor about the treatment. But that happens, so no issues with that.
To sum up, I can imagine the doctor was most likely in a rush for the next patient, but why should it be at my expense?
P.S. the nurses and the receptionist were very helpful...
