Isola Bella — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Terrible service from the moment we walked in. Was pointed out a table we should sit out rather than led to a table, was subsequently moved as we got the selection slightly wrong. Once food and drinks were ordered my fiance's food came out quite quickly, as i told her to start without me as surely mine wouldn't take long; she managed to finish before my pizza had even been prepared. My empty glass was taken quickly and the waitress walked off before getting the chance to ask for another. Once i complained about this the manager merely said "but you got your food, there's not much i can do" despite the promise going in that if the experience was terrible he would take...

Really nice place! We were sooo hungry, and this cozy place was our best decision.

We ordered 4 different pizzas. I chose one with anchovies, which was delicious. It was a little bit salty, but I liked it. Also, I noticed that there was no music playing inside, and there were only sounds of how the chefs were preparing pizza on the fire, and the sounds of the kitchen were heard within the restaurant's walls. It seemed to me that this was a great solution because when you go inside from a noisy street, it becomes unusually calm and comfortable.

Very disappointed with the food and service. Myself and two friends found the food to be bland. I had ordered a large sprite which was flat, when I pointed this out the glass was topped up but still flat, when I complained again was told it was out of bottles but never had sprite like this. My mate was charges €7,50 for water - ok on the menu but still very expensive for water.

The Pollo Pasta dish was very bland and tasteless and most was left. My friend’s pizza lacked any source and again most left.

The service was lacking and as above, we was left surprised how a complaint...
