They managed to screw my order twice in a week! Last week on Saturday I ordered in the store take out 3 Big Macs and Nuggets, they missed one of the burgers, and when I discovered the mistake I didn't have time anymore to come back and ask for it. Then today I also ordered take out in the store and they gave me regular quarter pounder instead of the double one! The taste and the prices are the same as any other McDonald's in the Netherlands, hence the 3 stars. UPDATE: Lowered the rate to 2 stars, last weekend I had visitors in the night and I ordered again from McDonald's as a food you know is a safe choice. Again they managed to screw my order completely they sent me a totally different order, luckily Uber eats refunded me but still it's...

Staff are overwhelmed and unmotivated. Didn’t seem to care about the order and everyone around seemed to just be doing the minimum. Even the manager on duty looked lazy.

After 15 min our order number disappeared on the screen as we watched them attempt to give our order to another family who was obviously rejecting it because it was not what they ordered. The order itself was incomplete and missing items. And we had to go back to the counter multiple times and both times the staff didn’t bother helping unless I called upon them.

Not the service you expect from McDonald’s. Not that we expect fine dining, but I do expect a service worker to fulfill an order in a timely fashion. Won’t dine at this location again.
