The staff are incredible, the place is spacious but there is a lady around 60 years old, I believe she is the team leader. This lady is rude, we were a group with 1 child and 3 babies. After we had eaten I went to the toilet to change the baby's diaper and take a 6 year old child who was distressed to the toilet, I saw that they were all blocked, I kindly asked the lady if it could be opened and I explained the situation, she gave me an explanation ridiculous. all the toilets were broken, everything inside the toilet spilled out, the floor was full of feces and water, although the toilet door couldn't feel anything, couldn't smell anything and couldn't see a single drop of water. I explained to her again that I needed to change the baby's diaper and the child was distressed, and she simply told me that she wasn't going to open it. I always went to Macdonalds and paid for using the toilette, this was the first one that doesn't ask to pay but also doesn't let you use the toilette, if that were the case it would be better to ask to pay.
