Visited on a friday evening. Make sure to book at least a week in advance as this restaurant is quite small and there's practically no walk in tables available as its very busy and everyone makes a reservation. we ordered the omakase menu, the mixed sashimi/seafood bowl, season special fish (i forgot which fish) tempura and a ice cream.
The tempura was very nice. crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My boyfriend had the sashimi bowl and he enjoyed it very well. I had the omakase and it was nice. The karage was fried really nicely and the side dishes were good. The only disaappinting bits were the salmon and the brocolli side. the broccoli was just boiled and maybe had some sesame oil on it; the salmon was VERY salty. The pickles and veggies coming along with the fish are very small and too simple. It feels like you pay 28 EUR only for the fish. But miso soup and rice at least were included and miso soup was tasty. We also had ice cream, pumpkin and sesame. It was good too. The atmosphere is wonderful and the restaurant is filled with beautiful hand made ceramics. There is a simple but elegant Japanese mood and the staff is very friendly.
