Such an easygoing, inspiring, hands on, delicious experience! Giacomo & Edoardo are obviously very dedicated and passionate about their work. It really showed through the details of the pasta workshop; the presentation of the drink/ food, variety of materials, the Polaroid photo memorabilia, and the virtual recipe (by email) for safekeeping.
