Pasta Bros. - Pastificio & Bakery — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Such an easygoing, inspiring, hands on, delicious experience! Giacomo & Edoardo are obviously very dedicated and passionate about their work. It really showed through the details of the pasta workshop; the presentation of the drink/ food, variety of materials, the Polaroid photo memorabilia, and the virtual recipe (by email) for safekeeping. It was a relaxed atmosphere and they encouraged our own creativity in making all kinds of ravioli shapes. It was so nice to have a communal meal with everyone. They were always there to give a hand if you were stuck, and answer any questions about the process.. I built a lot of confidence and have successfully made my own pasta at home now ;) I would likely attend another to bring a friend. I look forward to their upcoming storefront!! Thanks, Pasta...

I can just say: WOW! We stopped by chance with friends and we got pasta with cavolo nero and focaccia with meatballs. They were both so excellent and special that I took also an extra slice of pizza with potatoes, leeks and pecorino to bring back home. Honestly, we know almost all italian places in Amsterdam and various focaccia shops - this was hand-down the best so far. The plain focaccia that came with the pasta (for scarpetta) was "una nuvola". No surprise they have several books of Bonci and Max Mariola in the shop 😉 The fresh pasta with cavolo nero can easily compete with our fav top italian restaurants in the city. I've been dreaming of the Funky Chicken Sandwich for 3 days now and can't wait to try it again. It has all the perfect ingredients blended together, that I haven't found elsewhere in Amsterdam. The lemon mayo was especially tasty.

Also, pleasantly surprised by the cappuccino here, it's worthwhile just to come for that!
