Rotten. Great place to catch ecoli. On arrival we waited a while to place a drinks order. I ordered a cider. When I got my drink there was an extremely large chip and crack in my glass. I asked a waiter to replace my glass. We waited a bit and still I did not receive a new glass. Again I asked for a fresh glass. I waited at least ten minutes for a fresh glass, which was ages, bearing in mind the waiters had enough time to joke around and indulge in a leisurely drink too. Who is the paying customer here???. So I order the mexican burger and some sides which were lovely. Unfortunately the burger was a different story. It was a rainbow of colours brown, red and bright pink.A recipe for sickness. When I complained to the waited he agreed that it wasnt looking right. He asked me could he fix it and I politely refused. I decided against this as I never trust returned food after a complaint. After I finished my drink I asked for the bill. I was charged for said burger. I said I did not want to pay for the burger as I could not eat it and a different waiter said that while he hadnt served me as far as he was concerned there was nothing wrong with my burger! He said that they had to charge for the food but he took one drink off the bill. Is this not admitting fault?? Anyway I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like badly cooked/raw...
Read moreI regret to inform you about my disappointing experience at Poco Loco this afternoon. I arrived at 3 pm, hoping to enjoy a healthy snack and drink, but the new waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu. I initially ordered a detox drink, only to be told it was unavailable. I then opted for an orange juice, but that too was supposedly not available. The waitress suggested a small salad instead, but I reiterated my preference for juice. I was informed that the juice stand in front only served Sangria, which I knew was inaccurate.
After a brief wait, I was abruptly notified that orange juice was suddenly available. It seemed the staff was initially unwilling to accommodate my request. When my order finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small, and I was charged 6 euros each for the orange juice and salad. To make matters worse, I was hurriedly presented with the bill in a manner I found quite rude.
Frustrated, I visited the fruit stand facing the restaurant and purchased a liter of juice for a mere 2 euros. In light of this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Poco Loco. The service was poor, the information provided was inaccurate, and the prices were unreasonably high for the quantity and quality of food and drink served. It truly lived up to its name, Poco Loco, in the most...
Read moreWent there with 2 friends for a Sunday brunch as they serve English breakfast throughout the day, after ordering I realised that all the food was produced in the morning, so nothing was freshly made apart from the scrambled eggs. Toast and bacon were ice cold, Avocado was old, didn't receive the pancakes that were included with the breakfast and not even after asking the waiter about it. Restaurant is very small not busy at all, with 4 waiters around and things taking a long time to arrive. We also ordered a Tuna Melt and a Steak Melt which was ok. My friend couldn't eat his breakfast and complained to the waiter that said he would remove it from the bill, after he came back saying that he couldn't remove the food but would remove the drinks instead, which was something. After all that I was asked to go inside the restaurant to pay even though the table behind us had the card machine taken to...
