In the last couple of years, Amsterdam has seen an explosion of Ramen restaurants, most of them pretty good. RamenRamen is below the Amsterdam average, though. The broth is alright and noodles OK. The meat not great. For some reason you get a small plastic spoon which you can't really drink the broth with. I would prefer a chinese soup spoon, which you normally get. I had a tonkotsu ramen (12 euro), which is reasonably value for money. Actually, around WTC this place is one the better options and I think I will be back. In any case, it's lightyears better than the noodle nightmare...

As it was quite late, the restaurant had ran out of chicken but they were kind enough to add braised pork to the miso ramen which was originally supposed to come with chicken thighs, so a nice gesture from the staff! Ingredients are very fresh, broth is delicious and the portions are reasonably large. Make sure to check this spot...
