SLA — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Nice concept and I don't mind paying for something if it's genuinely good, however, sadly the flavour of my chosen salad (Mexican tempeh) was really lacking. A salad with a good, well seasoned dressing can be every bit as tasty as a regular meal, but here the dressing was very bland and had barely any flavour at all.

Maybe the other menu options were better, but I think I'll be going elsewhere for lunch in future.

On the plus side, the ingredients seem to be good quality and the staff...

Ordered through Uber Eats with estimation to be delivered in 40-50mins.

I received an order 1.5h later. The restaurant literally started cooking past delivery time because I saw the courier waiting outside the restaurant.

I had ordered some Indian Dahl bowl with extra chicken which was like 4 euros extra. I didn’t receive any chicken in my order.

Hot mexicana salad had way too much lettuce blend inside rather than actual ingredients. A bit misleading baring in mind what is advertised or just not qualified staff to prepare proper salad. Very disappointing to be honest! 13€...
