Went today at 16:00 pm,only one taller girl at the counter serving a customer, I stayed a few minutes waiting, in the meantime some more customers enter while me and the woman behind me waiting to be served, a second worker comes and asks a woman in front that says she already has been served, than she asks a guy that just entered after us, serves him, even though I draw her attention I'm next and I want a chicken harisa, she ignores me and switches to Dutch language and continues to put cookie and serve the guy that entered after us, I left and won't return as this is not the first time they do this at this location, to the manager or owner that reads this:please send them to training, nothing you can do about lack of common sense and respecting an order/line,they should've been taught this at home, but if you could please remind that one employee she's not at her own home to serve her favourites or whoever she decides first, we're all there to buy something not to see her doing favours to others while ignoring people that were already waiting in line....it's the shorter girl that was rude and misses customer service care, the other taller one just looked at her as shocked and confused as I was..., if she doesn't want to work or she's lazy she should leave her taller colleague to do so even one customer at the time, still would be better than the lack of respect the shorter girl showed today...    Read moreI went there at 12:00 in person to order 15 sandwitches for my colleagues at work for a special ocasion because nor UberEats or Thuisbezorg would deliver at that time. When I told them how many I want they simply said "no, we are not gonna make you 15" even though there were 2 employees there and literally nobody in the restaurant or behind me to order. Since when refusing customers is the way to go for a business? Also, what would be the difference if I come in person to order vs if I order via Thuisbezorg? An order is an order! Very lazy staff.
