The breakfast buffet is $25 for all-you-can-eat.

Each time I went there, the servers inside were all very nice. I saw one playing around with some children at the next table over. Another day when the server accidentally took my plate away, she was very apologetic.

The bacon is good and there's lots of it. The french toast is okay if you get there before it gets too old. The syrup is the high fructose kind, not the maple kind. There is a ton of variety, with eggrolls, chicken wings, fresh fruit, danishes, pre-made smoothies and gluten-free bread. And praise the Lord, they don't freeze the butter.

The food itself, overall, isn't very good. It's your typical buffet food, quantity over quality. The cups for drinks are very small. The front-door staff aren't always very nice. One day a woman got annoyed with me because I asked to pay in Aruban Florins instead...

Make sure when you are going into this place that you tell them how many are eating! I made the mistake of going in there with my wife and daughter who were not hungry, but wanted to sit with me and got charged for all 3 people. I was the only one to eat. Tried to explain to the staff and they did not understand what I was saying so I went to the hotel manager and she said she could not help me. They told me to speak with the people at Coral. Day 2 explained everything to the Coral staff and they were rude as can be so I went back to the manager at hotel and still they said there is nothing we can do! This probably happens more often than not. I just called their bluff! Been going to this hotel for several years. Will not go back. FYI Corals food was terrible! Holiday Inn is very dated....
