The Treatery — Restaurant in Curaçao

Went for the first time today and was absolutely pleasantly surprised. It’s this cute cozy shop full of something for everyone’s sweet tooth preference. They could advise on ingredients, suggested me the perfect drink and made it with love. I especially loved that they have allergen friendly options, 10/10 recommend their gf products!

I had the Beauty Latte, added the Ashwaganda, and also tried a gf chocolate chip cookie. All yum!

Only “bad” thing I have to say is that I’m not a big fan of the location, but I’m not a fan of Pietermaai in general🤣 The street traffic takes away from the chill energy the shop evokes.

All in all, it was a lovely experience and I will definitely be going...

Really good desserts! I had the local honey sundae, which had vanilla soft serve and honey comb and local honey that the owner grows on her farm. It all tasted great together, was creamy and crunch and chewy and not overly sweet. Very satisfying!

How can you make vanilla so delicious? That ice cream defied the taste buds. The chocolate milkshake was one of the best we've ever had. The cupcake came next when we got home and did not disappoint at all.

And for the proverbial cherry on top, the presentation showed an artful talent. We're going back for more tomorrow.
