Domino's Pizza Delft Binnenwatersloot — Restaurant in Delft

Incorrect order. Sometimes it can happen where an order is just simply mixed up. However my rather specific list of toppings were all present on the pizza, but two unwanted ingredients were also on there. I took it back and to be fair they made me a fresh one. My problem was that on this one, the order was correct but there still was a tiny bit on an ingredient not ordered. To be honest this comes down to one of two things, poor and petty staff, or terrible cross-contamination within the kitchen. One member of staff seemed slightly rude to me, she was also the one that made the pizza, interestingly. I've not given the review 1 star because the two males that I spoke to were nice, and the pizza wasn't bad, although a little expensive. The man who I assume was the manager was also apologetic and nice. However I just can't get over the fact that on a pizza that was being specifically remade for me by a member of staff who was slightly rude still ended up containing an undesired ingredient. It's a shame as this has more than likely stopped me from going to this...

This is just ridiculous, I've made an order for 14 pizzas 3 hours in advance and right at the delivery time the employee Luck called me and said it will be at least 1 hour later, when I tried to find a compromise or appels to his manager he seems like was not interesting at all and said if I want I can just cancel the order and he has 100 more. 15 children stayed hungry, I hope they will spread this information and never be...

Ordered a delivery of 2 vegan pizzas. Both came with very little vegan cheese and very little toppings. Sauce and dough were ok.
