Good service and tasty, authentic Chinese food. We dined at Lychee as a group, and we got to taste several dishes. We had loempias, potato salad, roasted pork belly and spicy bacon as starters. The roasted pork was super crispy, and the sauce was very delicious. From the mains, my favorites were the eggplants with Yu-xiang sauce and the stir-fried choi-sum with garlic. I also tried the spicy pork intestine dish with blood cubes, although I can't find it on their menu on the website. All the meat was cooked very well, and nicely seasoned! Overall, we had great time and really enjoyed our meal. The service was fast and we had no issues, the staff was kind enough to give me a small extra sample of the roasted pork sauce! I'd definitely recommend Lychee if you want to have authentic Chinese food in Delft, but do make sure you go with someone who can speak Chinese, otherwise it might be difficult to communicate since the staff doesn't speak English well.

A little gem close to the canal in Delft. We discovered this little place by walking around; at the entrance we saw a lady kneading some bao/pancake, and it was very fascinating! The overall quality of the food is very high, everything is simple and delicious thanks to the fresh ingredients. The portion of noodles is huge, you can easily share it by adding some starters. The place is very authentic. The service could be a little bit better, the waiter served us two bottles of water while we asked tap water and a dish we didn’t order (but we asked to be charged for that too). I definitely recommend a stop here!

What great Chinese food. We ordered three menus which were very tasty. First, the fried chicken dumplings are pretty nice as they are very crispy and the sauce really adds flavor to it. Second, Mapotofu is great as it is very spicy but super delicious. I really recommend you order this. The other dish is the signature dish recommended by my Thai friend who has been here several times. I don't know the name but it is very good with tasty pork belly and soy sauce i guess. By the way, the steam rice is a very good standard as well. Highly worth checking it out.

I think it’s a good place to have authentic Chinese food. I liked the shrimp spring rolls and Singapore fried noodles, they were really delicious. But unfortunately the cucumber salad wasn’t like what I expected. Normally it would be cut in Julien style and mixed with chili and garlic sauce, and it would be even a bit sour and so good. But this one was not good. Still, I think you can definitely try out this restaurant to find your go to meal.

Lekkere Sechuan style gerechten dichtbij Delft station en 8 minuten lopen van de binnenstad. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van het eten is erg goed. Ter vergelijking in Rotterdam/Den Haag krijg je de helft van de porties die je hier krijgt voor een hogere prijs. Van de voorgerechten vond ik de buikspek in knoflook en pepers heerlijk, de kipvleugels lekker crunchie en smaakvol en de ingelegde komkommers waren ook erg lekker (nog lekkerder als je ze in de overgebleven saus van de buikspek dipt). Als hoofdgerecht vond ik de peking eend met flensjes heerlijk alleen de saus mocht voor mij iets dikker. Heel fijn dat de Bosui, zuur, komkommer en flensjes voldoende waren gegeven. Vaak zijn het garnituur en de flensjes al op voordat de eend op is. De zeebaars was ook erg lekker. Een royale portie met wolkenoor champignons, zachte tofu en tauge. Als extra verrassing wat noodle knoopjes her en der in de saus verstopt. De lam met komijn was lekker krokant gebakken en goed gekruid. Zelf ben ik nooit fan van zoete gerechten met fruit maar mijn tafelgenoten waren erg te spreken over de garnalen in zoetzure saus met Lychee erin. Van de groenten bij het hoofdgerecht waren de aubergines mijn favoriet. Bubble tea is ook te verkrijgen. Vraag aan het personeel welke smaken ze die dag hebben!

It was kings day, so they had a lot of walk in costumers and it was busier than they expected. We were early so got our food before the others ordered. The food is well presented, flavours was OK, nothing amazing. White rice served is very dry and fluffy which is great for the local taste, but it's not what you would get in china. Aubergine was cut to thick. Toilets could use an upgrade.
