Horrible experience for the following reasons: (1) I came to have have an evening out, including dinner, with a Dutch man. I was completely and totally ignored the whole evening by the waitress and other staff members. I was treated like I were invisible, or a piece of furniture. At the same time, the staff members had the energy and attention to speak and laugh with my colleague. A bad evening for me! (While I am paying more than half the bill with my hard-earned money!) (This establishment does not seem to understand that EVERY customer deserves respect and attention.) (2) A little while after I had eaten, I experienced a sharp stomach ache. The next day I had a stomach upset and was quite ill. (3) During the dinner, my colleague and I saw a rat/mouse running around. The staff members also saw this rat, and admitted that this rat lived there. More information - I had dinner at Moodz on Friday evening (16 August 2019). The staff was friendly though, and when the food did arrive, it tasted fine. But we ordered multiple vegetarian dishes, of which two were misheard and prepared with seafood. No big deal, they were sent back and we received a replacement quickly. But the vegetarian curry is served with krupuk, which has shrimp as a main ingredient... the waitress had no idea and when she asked the kitchen, they also had no clue what exactly was in the krupuk, let alone that they knew the krupuk served on an explicitly stated to be vegetarian meal was not vegetarian... the waitress told us to "just take it off if you dont want it." Read moreI made a reservation in advance. We came here with our group of 30 people. Firstly, the reception was very friendly. It was obviously crystal clear that the team are experienced and highly motivated. We had our separate room upstairs which was a perfect match with a nice historically and a causy atmosphere. Secondly, I would highlight the quality of the service. The entire service team were very helpful, friendly, not too pushy and also very fast. Even extra requirements (lactose intolerance or gluten free food) from the guests were not a problem. The team were able to satisfy those guests as well.
