Bagels & Beans — Restaurant in Eindhoven

I was there on Thursday around 11:30 with my two kids and a friend. Place is pretty small and two waitresses were working, but we still had to wait for ~20 min for our order to be served (2 decafe lattes and 2 cruffins which looks like muffin but made of a puff pastry and filled). Maybe because orders for delivery have higher priority (we saw 2 people from delivery services who came later that us and got their orders within few minutes). I got chocolate cruffin and it was really delicious with soft warm chocolate inside. My friend got a strawberry one, which turned to be frozen. When she asked it to be replaced, she was offered a chocolate one, for which we had to wait another 10+ min and which was totally dried out with even dry chocolate inside. If you ever tried to warm up a piece of bread in a microwave and kept it there for too long, then you know what I mean - you get a piece of dry hard rubber. That’s what she got. Maybe we should have ordered a bagel - that’s what they specialized in. I ordered and paid a double Espresso and an Orange Juice (normally such an order takes 2 Minutes) and yes, the store was full, but still not a reason to wait more than 15 Minutes. Other customers which came after me were served first. After pretty clearly telling them, that I need to catch a train they offered me to give it me for take away. After another 5 Minutes waiting in front of them watching that they just were preparing several orders for Uber Eats or sth like this wothout giving a sh... whether I need to catch the train or not I just left. Normally we love this place and come here often also in the other places like groningen, today however in Eindhoven sadly a bad experience. The girl with the dreadlocks does unfortunately not work very hygiënic (eating her own lunch and wiping her mouth with bare hand and then continue to make our bagels without washing in between) also service was different then what we are used to.. dirty cutlery/glass and forgetting to serve things like sauce/shot in our drink.
