I went here yesterday with my girlfriend. We taught both the food was okay. The fish is so so. The salmon is very good. But the tuna is tasting older. And the rice in the sushi was not really cook well.
I am more of a meat person. So i tried out all the meats. They where good. And i liked them. The kanguru is very good if you like spicy. Perfect cooked. Because in a lot of sushi restaurants they are cooked to well... And taste like sole of shoe.
But there are some issues:
First off all we got 2 times dirty cups. And the plates also didnt look very clean where the food came on. Then later in the meal we got a hair in the food that was clearly not ours. When we told the waiter he just looked in the boil and took it away. Not saying sorry. Not presenting us a new one. Our any other solution. I think this is unacceptable in a restaurant. You watch the food when it goes out the kitchen. And also if something like it happen you present a solution. In at least a appologizing for it.
Futher than this. Is in the center of the city. And looks good inside. Is a little loud place. If there are lot of people talking and this for corona period. But they keep good distance...
Read moreI have no want to give an establishment a star where they scream at a toddler for getting on their furniture. It happened because she ignored the fact that I needed a high chair as soon as I went in and I informed her of the same but she ignored me and tended to the customers who came after. So i went ahead and got the high chair myself and was about to clean it(it was filthy) and in the meantime my toddler got on the sofa and must have taken two steps.. i immediately got him off the sofa and started cleaning the chair when he started running around and that's when I saw this lady(must be the manager or owner) screaming and shouting and asking my son to leave.. so we left and she said good leave.. never going here ever. Your service has always been appalling and now I know why.. Learn some decency towards children. I feel bad for the kids you raised, if any.. anyway we went into Sakana and they were wonderful. Nothing was too much and everything was served...
Read moreThe customer service can be called customer non-service and who cares. Rude and make you feel unwanted. Honestly the food is good but you will feel that unfriendly service with each swallow and serve. For example I had a missing chopstick and asked for one. Got an eye roll and chopstick. My friend didn't have a chopstick so asked for one and was told "do you drop them on the floor!"!! Then got 3 chopsticks saying "this is more than enough"! We must order a drink per person, we said to order for the kids after eating. We got "let us warn you we will add the drinks anyway to be paid" we explained we'll order later for kids and got the hand wave of whatever! Some dishes didn't come, some came late and some mixed up.
