Cost-experience wise it was not perfect! We had 6-course menu. Only 2 dishes along with the dessert had nicely balanced tastes. The remaining courses were a combination of intense flavors that leaned towards being salty, for us. We chose this palce to celebrate a birthday, hoping to find a cozy and intimate atmosphere. However, we were a little disappointed as the tables for couples were placed too close to each other. This proximity allowed us to overhear the conversations of nearby customers, resulting in a constant whispering among all the couples to avoid disturbing each other. To enhance the experience, I would suggest having only two tables with seating on bench instead of three. The staff was very kind and provided us with nice explanations of the dishes. However, there are a few observations to be made regarding the service. Firstly, once the wine bottle is brought to the table, it is uncorked in front the costumers and left near the table, the same goes for water, etc. It's a must, it can't be hidden somewhere else. Secondly, it is considered good etiquette to wait for someone to finish theirs glass before refilling it, or at least, inquire if they desire a refill. In our opinion all this should not happen in a michelin star restaurant,...

Great spot for a special night out. Very intimate atmosphere without feeling cramped. Staff expertly told us about the wines accompanying our dishes. The chef even personally came out to serve a few of his amazing dishes. We came on a very busy evening so we could only done for a few hours, but service never felt hurried. Just a little bit saddened that there was no time for a cup of coffee, but that means I'll just have to visit once more. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the great quality of the food and the expertise of the kitchen...

Es geht ihnen sicher oft genauso sie sind in einem Modegeschäft, sehen ein schönes Stück, wollen es unbedingt haben, und ziehen ist danach nicht an, weil es einfach nicht passt.

So ist es uns heute hier im Restaurant ergangen

Wir wählten einmal ein Vier-Gänge-Menü und zweimal ein Fünf-Gänge-Menü vom Chef.

Anfangs wurde viel erklärt und freundlichst jeder Wunsch wahrgenommen. Die ersten drei Gänge mit Amüsgül erfolgten zügig. Alles in allem waren die Gänge sehr gut.

Die Weinbegleitung wurde klar erklärt und die Weine waren vorzüglich.

Doch dann, wir waren bereits um 17.30 Uhr zu Tisch, kamen die anderen Gäste und der Service war überfordert

Auf den vierten Gang mussten wir über eine Stunde warten Da die Wasserflasche nicht am Tisch stand hatten wir auch fast 20 Minuten nichts mehr zu trinken Natürlich wurde auch keinen Wein nachgeschenkt.

Die Entenbrust kam zäh vergleichbar mit einem weich gekaut Kaugummi. Sie hatte nicht genug Hitze und stand wohl zu lange ohne Temperatur im Kalten. Ohne nachzufragen wurde der Teller mit dem Fleisch abgeräumt.

Nach einigen Bemerkungen kam der Nachtisch zügig. Eine sehr gute Idee einer Tiramisu Natürlich fehlte die Weinbegleitung zum Nachtisch

In der Rechnung wurde dann auch noch ein Gang mehr abgerechnet. Das einzige was dem Service einfiel war ein kurzes Wort der Entschuldigung Ein Give-Away, eine Aufmerksamkeit, oder irgendetwas anderes gab es nicht

Ob dieser Vorgang einen Michelau Stern wert ist sollen die Tester von Michelau beurteilen

Es war ein gutes Niveau mit teilweise herausragenden Komponenten aber genauso eine tiefe...
