Ice Cream Parlor Bastani — Restaurant in Eindhoven

I liked the icecream and the place. Sadly today, however, we received a disappointing service: we ordered three icecream dishs, and two ladies started preparing two of them, then halfway through they stopped preparing them and started servicing new customers. For a long time we were waiting while people coming 15 minutes after us already had their icecream. Then they finished the two dishes and brought them (without spoons!) and didn't even start making the rest of our order and got back to new customers! Disgusting and bad employees especially the slim girl she is really pathetic she thinks she is God and she is very disgusting and her treatment was very bad and I threw the ice cream in the trash after I paid for it out of contempt for her! Also I asked for the ice cream to come mixed with two types and she said no although there was another customer before me who asked for something like that and I agreed but no for me!! If I really owned this place I wouldn't have made her work for me because I think she is mentally ill and throws...

Excellent ice cream, but watch out for closing times because sometimes they close around half an hour early - was super disappointed by this on my last night in Eindhoven - I had rushed to get there before 22:00, got there around 21:40, and they had already closed up and mopped the floors and everything! So get there a bit early than the closing time to ensure you get fab...
