Tony's Wok Away Oriental Food — Restaurant in Eindhoven

I am very dissapointed. We went there just now, 30 october. From the start when i ordered, the lady was shouting, but i did not take it personally and ordered 1 nasi kip, 1 bami garnalen. Paid. The lady did not give me receipt or table number. Nasi comes to our table,and we waited for the bami. But it takes a long time,my boyfriend finished the nasi already. So i asked the lady about bami, and again she shouted at me again, blaming me that i took somebody else’s order. I dont even take the nasi from her,she brought it to our table. And now she blamed me for taking wrong order??? And the nasi kip was correct just like what i ordered. How in the world would i know that it was somebody else’s order???? I tried to explain it nicely but she keeps on shouting in chinese. Until other customer who speaks chinese tried to help us. But still the lady blamed me. I could not stand it anymore and i left. I entered the restaurant because my colleagues have told me great things about the quality of the food... My experience:

I came, no one said hi first of all, there was no one in the restaurant, yet they had no time for me, so I said I wanted to eat there, answer: ‘we’ll come to you’. So I waited, and waited, I could hear them doing something in the kitchen, yet, no time for me when there was no one, not even a fly! I waited up to 20 minutes, I left without being able to try their food quality.

Next time, take your time to acknowledge your costumers instead of being busy in the kitchen while there was absolutely no one, except for...

Review update: I visited this place for the 2nd time. This time it was a very good experience, which is why i want to change 4 stars to 5 stars.

The person who takes the order is very sweet. We suggested him some changes and he actually changed it taking our suggestion and made it as we liked. I have visited many wok places in Eindhoven. I like Tony's wok away the best!
