After I waited 1.30 hours for my food. I ordered a large portion of pasta which costs 6 euros more. Via Thuisbezorgd besteld om 19:26, om 20:10 een bevestiging dat het er met 18 minuten zou zijn. Twee keer gebeld en te horen gekregen dat ze bestellingen op hun eigen website voortrekken op die van thuisbezorgd (via eigen website is wel voordeliger zag ik uiteindelijk). In hoeverre voortrekken? Wachten tot er niks meer binnen komt en tegen sluitingstijd thuisbezorgd afwerken? Pasta kwam uiteindelijk om 21:35, ruim twee uur later dus. Ging iets mis in het systeem ofzo. Blijkbaar gebeurt dit erg vaak, afgaande op de overige reviews.

Als goedmakertje één blikje cola erbij gekregen. Twee pasta’s besteld, doe dan ook twee blikjes.

Ondanks dat ik veel lees over verkeerde bestellingen en koude pasta’s, was dit bij ons gelukkig niet het geval. De pasta was warm en smaakte prima, daarom toch nog twee hele sterren!

Let trouwens op, bij elke pasta wordt automatisch €2,- voor een extra broodje gerekend. Dit moet je handmatig weghalen.
