I am a uber courier, I thought all these delays were only for deliveries, but as a client it is very long as well. I asked politely to a employee about my order and she was very rude. It was not the first time. Once I was working, waiting for a client order, I asked about the client order and she was rude. Today I was not working, it was for me and she was rude again.
Some employees are very rude and they look grumpy all the time. I think if they don't like to work with people they should try to find another job.

Read moreFor Boneless chicken, they force you to buy a menu, with a bucket that supposedly has 16 pieces of boneless chicken. There were, in fact, only 8 pieces and the rest were Fish bites, half the size of boneless chicken.
Outside of that, the drinks had a tax, so you bring the cup back. To get your money back, you have to scan a sketchy QR code, or call a number, which costs you even more money, where you give them your personal information to do with what they please. When I asked, they did not give me my money back on the spot, even after telling them I don't have a banking app.
Staff was unhelpful and very rude. Every singular table was dirty, the bathrooms had no toilet paper and you stuck to the floor half of the time.
