Overall, this place is fk amazing! The staff is friendly, though it might be a good idea to not let all staff come in at 12… Putting an incredible workload on only one service worker + 1 kitchen staff. At 12, when the place was crowded and full, 3 employees came in, one for the kitchen and two for the front. I think it would’ve been nice, for the staff as well for other customers, to spread out the starting times more🥲

I ordered a fried chicken bun and I tell you, this might be the best fried chicken burger I have ever eaten. Nice, juicy chicken. Really nicely packed and also just the right amount of sauce! This made the burger tasteful, but not ‘klef’.

Place is nice and cozy, but service was a disaster.

It was only my fiancee and myself. We ordered simple breakfast plates that took almost an hour to be served even with an empty restaurant on Saturday morning. Additionally, my fiancee ordered her sandwich without some specific ingredients however those were not removed at first. Then the waitress took it back to the kitchen and they barely removed the ingredients she didn't want either by personal taste or allergic restrictions leaving lots of traces of those across the sandwich. In the end, they even tried to charge us for an additional of bacon on this sandwich that did never came with it.

I don't feel like returning to this...

I ordered the fried chicken burger to share, and from where I was seated, I could see into the open kitchen.

The "chef" cut the fried chicken in half to check if it was cooked, but both he and a colleague seemed unsure. So they decided to put the pieces back in the fryer for another ~3 minutes.

The result? A dry, greasy mess. The cut chicken soaked up the grease and completely dried out. Due to their lack of experience, they still decided for it to be served...

Paid for drinks, got up, and left.

Waiting staff was friendly, but the cooking needs improvement. An actual chef in the kitchen would help. Seemed like they hired students to...
