Firstly, the food here is excellent! We both had burgers that were cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese side had hints of Cajun flavours which was different but delicious. The service from Marco was perfect; he was attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

The only reasons I didn't award 5 stars are the fact the menu didn't detail what was going to be on the plate (for example "Dirty Bird Burger" could have written below "Chicken burger served with bacon, sauce, lettuce etc.."). This lead to us asking a lot of questions to decide what to order which could have been avoided. Another thing I would have liked to see would be a local brewery beer (such as Jopen pilsner) instead of Grolsch - as a tourist it would be more enjoyable to drink something I don't have access to at home.

We have dined as a family. The size of the burgers were big. My wife liked the veggy burger, others also enjoyed the beef burgers.

Inside, they have created a very nice ambiance with the decors and the sunlight coming from the ceiling. But outside ambiance could have been a bit more cozy, I advise a different layout of the tables with some furniture. Because they are not in the middle of a very touristic street, I think they need it.

I know Roast Bar's specialty is chicken, but I have decided on a medium cooked grilled entrecôte. They have served it with fried vegetables and a very tasty barbecue sauce. It was one of the best meats I had for a while. With red wine, it became a complete festival; very tasty!

Terrible service! We arrived on time to pick up an order and while initially nobody assisted us we were then told that our order will be ready in 5 minutes. While waiting you could see the waiters at the bar drinking and eating from customers food. All the Uber eats orders were ready for pick up whereas our order was still not ready. It was annoying to see staff not working and not caring about our order when we had to still wait. 10 minutes later we asked again about our order and staff were quite rude and disrespectful and also laughed at us with each other. In the end we managed to get our order 15 minutes later. The guy behind the bar with the curly hair should be educated to some customer service manners if he still wants to work in the service industry. This kind of attitude should not be tolerated. We would never ever go back...
