Nolita Pizzabar — Restaurant in Haarlem

All I wanted is a nice pizza time with my friend. At the moment I bit my second slice of the pizza, I bit something really hard and I almost lose my teeth..!!!!! I took it out of my mouth and it was the shell of the walnut which is really hard that can be cracked by hammer or something. I immediately noticed the server but the server was saying “it is eatable” (???) Am I the only one that doesn’t eat the walnut shell? I was so disappointed of the reaction and she said do I want to finish this. I was so hungry and I didn’t want to eat the pizza with surprise so I asked them to make a new one without walnuts.

I never write this kind of negative review. But this restaurant has to give the proper education to the staffs. Especially not to put the hard shells in the pizza and proper reactions for dealing...

My wife and I always walk by this restaurant and have been excited to go there for ages. We finally went and were completely disappointed. We got a salad and a pizza to share. Because the salad was 10 euros we were expecting something substantial but it was just some arugula with barely any dressing and a few other small things thrown in. Side salad at a dinner salad price. The pizza was cracker thin (which I love) but it barely had any toppings on it! It's not very satisfying paying 14 euros for a big dry cracker. Maybe it was just the pizza we ordered because I saw pictures online of pizzas with a load of cheese. NO CARE FOR HYGIENE..

The food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The place is overhyped so you will need to reserve if you want to sit outside. The girls working there are very friendly.

The bathroom situation is disgusting. There are only two bathrooms and they are shared by men and women. There was no soap in either of them. In a restaurant this is absolutely unacceptable. I told a staff member and they said “I can’t put it now, I will do it later.” We stayed for another 20 minutes and nothing was done. During that time every single person who used the bathroom could not wash their hands before eating. This is a major health hazard and shows a complete disregard for basic hygiene and for the...
