Been here quite a few times and even though the food is mostly alright, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this places because of the poor and unprofessional service. I guess the main advantage they have is the spot in the city center. We were waiting very long to receive our order , even though there were just 3 more groups of people in the restaurant besides us.

Tiramisu: Very disappointing. The savoiardi were dry and not soaked in the coffee mixture as they should be. The cream was mostly whipped cream instead of mascarpone, making it comparable to the €3.50 tiramisu you find in supermarkets like AH. When I provided this feedback, the staff dismissed my concerns, claiming it’s their best seller and that the problem was with me.

It’s not just the tiramisu that was disappointing, but more the way they handled the complaint. Everyone has different taste, but hinting that the client who pays for the food is the problem is highly unprofessional.

Their food is quite mediocre, pizza had a chewy dough and not that crispy; except the coffee which is usually delicious.

If you’re less discerning about Italian food, you might find this place satisfactory. However, if you expect quality and professional service, this restaurant might not meet your...

We visited Ignite Restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a serious issue.

I was the only one at our table who ordered a cold dish — the burrata salad — and that same night I got food poisoning. I’m confident it came from the salad, as my family all ate different dishes (from the oven), and earlier that day I had eaten the same meals as my family, with no issues. The salad was the only difference.

Before posting this review, I contacted the restaurant directly to inform them, as I believe it’s important to know when a guest becomes sick from your food. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

Very average food, awful service. The place looks OK, but the cheap look of the menus should have warned us. We ordered drinks, some bread and sate. After seeing about 5 different waiters, but no bread, all of a sudden the food was served. Although the meat was tasty, the rest was just really average to bad. Fries turned out to be soggy fried potato disks. And unfortunately the service stayed very bad. There is no system in the service... As the same questions were asked over and over, except if we wanted another drink (we would have drank at least one more drink if we would have been able to order).
