This is it! If you’re looking for a nice restaurant in the authentic side of Maastricht, with affordable prices, amazing service and great food. This is the place. Bar beurre has it all. Kudos to the team behind this concept. The starters, the deserts, the lobster, the steak. EVERYTHING IS JUST DELICIOUS. Also if you’re a wine enthusiast, they have an amazing selection.

Overpriced and overhyped, the food is ok but way too expensive. The bar bites are super small and we got two little focaccia pieces per person for 12€/pp, the ingredients sounded promising but the taste did not work out. The dry aged steak, indicated for 2 person was tiny and this for 62€. The wine selection is good but also here overpriced. Service was ok as we sat at the bar/counter. Music and deco is nice though. However it’s not worth going. Would not recommend it...

It had been a while since I ate such incredible food in Maastricht. Bar Beurre gives a unique and modern twist to classic dishes, bringing out flavors and combinations you’d certainly never come up with yourself as a home cook.
