3.5* Came here to watch a game with friends, and we asked for drinks and some bitterballs. The bitterballs were very tasty, smooth on the inside and crunchy on the outside, a bit heavy on the pepper, but I did enjoy it. The passionfruit lemonade was also very nice and not too watery or sour. The environment was nice but I felt like the music was a bit too loud and a bit too disco esque for the place, but that's just me, we were also sitted behind some really heavy smokers and as someone who can't really drink or eat around the smell of heavy cigarettes I was struggling to enjoy my meal properly. The main "issue" I've noticed is that you can't split your bill, and you need to be constantly consuming. Otherwise, they'll be constantly bothering you, but they only do this to tourists. The people speaking Dutch weren't getting nearly as bothered as me and other tourists were.

Very disappointing experience. The waiters that were serving us were all rude, saying that we are barely ordering drinks or foods. Apparently, according to the manager, “the tables are expensive”. We felt very unwelcome when we just wanted to come and watch the FIFA finals with a couple of friends. We ordered a lot of drinks together, as well as snacks. The nachos were ok and so were the drinks. It was very overpriced and and they charged us 13,50€ for the Nachos, which is a different price on the menu. Also, there is a poor selection of alternatives for milk, such as oat and soy milk when ordering coffee. The service just outweighs the benefits.

Good place to sit outside and enjoy your cocktail. The cocktails are big and tasty. However, we ordered two Bombay Bramble Pink - Tonic and we got them without the promised in the description red fruits. Our issue with that is that we weren’t asked if that would be fine for us and whether we wouldn’t like to change our order. The cocktail with berries was €9,5 so I’d expect some degree of decency to at least ask if their lack is a problem. I’ll change my rating from one to three stars if the restaurant replies to this review and pledges it would instruct its team about taking such steps.

The staff did not provide the receipt and charged in our credit card an amount that was not correct, we complained because the receipt was not provided and indeed they were charging a higher amount.

The waitress said that we needed to wait for the manager to fix the problem. The manager arrived to our table and throw cash in the table in a very rude way without offering an apology for the mistake.

When we arrived to the place and sit we left a small metalic bottle over the table because we were walking the whole day over the 39°C and the manager (the same person who threw the cash in the table) in a very unfriendly tone said "moved the bottle from the table and put in the floor" and obviously we removed the bottle; however other perople from other tables had also plastic bootles obviously with water that were not from the place. I do not know if the woman had a bad day or have a problem with people from overseas.

We left the place disappointed. Although the place looks great, definitely I would not recommended it because the staff is not nice with...

The actual place was decent with good vibes and facilities. However, I cannot say the same thing about the service, specifically of the manager of the waiters (tall blonde woman). When we asked for the bill, they just charged us an amount without showing us the actual bill. When we asked for it, we realised it contained completely different items (and more expensive) compared to what we ordered. That is fine, but the manager literally came back and threw the cash refund in our table and still did not show the bill before we asked for it. Anyways, a mistake can be made by anyone and it's completely fine, but she was so rude since we arrived as well. Told us we couldn't have our water bottle in the table, even though every other table had their own water bottle on the table in a 39°C day!!! Overall, good place but service should...
