Les Deux is zonder twijfel een plek om naar terug te keren! Wat ik erg leuk vond waren de verrassende smaakcombinaties met ingrediënten die je niet elke dag tegenkomt. Alles wordt mooi gepresenteerd dat het bijna zonde is om op te eten... bijna :). De sfeer in het restaurant is gezellig en met een vleugje romantiek. Laura en Davey hebben een unieke plek gecreëerd in Maastricht met Les Deux. Hun oog voor detail en gastvrijheid was een verademing en maakte de avond af. Een absolute aanrader voor liefhebbers van de Franse keuken die op zoek zijn naar iets bijzonders!

Gisteravond schoven we onze voeten onder de tafel bij Les Deux en wat een feestje was dat. We zijn geweldig in de watten gelegd door Laura en Davey met heerlijke wijnen, tongstrelende gerechten en hun gastvrijheid. Een aanrader als het gaat om totaalbeleving.

The total picture was very nice to celebrate the birthday happening. Thank you very much. One remark of the site of Madame Duchateau; It would be nice to serve the red wine at room temperature of earlier days (Castle temperature). It means to serve the wine at 18-19 degrees. It is a difference of 4 degrees, compared to actual room temperature. At the actual room temperature the wine becomes somewhat mushi (papperig),...

Nice atmosphere, good products well used by a talented chef and a warm friendly service in a cosy place. BUT this is over priced for the quantity you get. 5 euro for a tiny oyster , 22 for a 3 cms brioche with caviar, 20 for starters , 30 for main, you leave with 90 euros per head, and you are still feeling hungry … there are definitely better value for money...
