Calling this place a fast-food joint is laughable. Service is painfully slow — don’t even think about grabbing something quick before your train. Everything is prepared after you place the order, even the fries. So, expect at least 5-6 minutes even for small fries. At peak times, it’s chaos: staff shouting, wrong items at kiosks, zero crowd management.

The veggie options? All taste like damp cardboard. No flavour, no texture, nothing redeeming — even the sauces are bland. Everything looks and tastes the same. There's no creativity, just the same dull bite over and over again.

Staff are expressionless, borderline robotic. No warmth, no service, just vibes of “please leave quickly.”

If you’re expecting McDonald's-style speed or flavour, you're in for a very unpleasant surprise.

Per ongelijk maakte ik een verkeerd bakje open. Ik had het papier om de burger aangeraakt, maar nog niet de burger uit het bakje gepakt. Want zag meteen dat het de verkeerde was. Ik loop naar de balie om aan te geven dat ik de verkeerde had opengemaakt. Komt een blode vrouw met een kort pittig kapsel de hoek om en beweert dat ik de burger al had aangeraakt (zit in papier?). Ze zag me ook het bakje openen en ze zag ook dat toen ik hem wilde pakken me gelijk bedacht. Ik geef aan hoe en wat blijft beweren dat ik hem echt heb aangeraakt. Eindstand maar die burger gepakt want, ga niet een wel niet discussies voeren. Onvriendelijk hoe je met mensen omgaat en begrip ook ver te zoeken. Als nu het voedsel zelf is aangeraakt oké en iedereen kan zich eens verkijken helaas. Product is niet eens uit het bakje gehaald. Echt zonde als je zulk personeel hebt...
