Best meal of my life!!!! We had a mixup with reservations but somehow the stars aligned and another couple unfortunately had to leave (thank you to them and i hope their meal later in the week was just as amazing!) pro tip: confirm your reservation asap! The restaurant is easy to find, tons of parking, gorgeous rooftop deck with views, clean and comfortable and such a chill vibe. Having a smaller group definitely is a bonus for this unique experience. The food was incredible, everything perfectly made and delicious and inventive, and presentation was absolutely gorgeous each time. I was blown away! The wine; I am not a wine drinker but the beautiful sommelier Tamara convinced me to trust her and I am so glad I did!!! Just wow! This is a must-do while in Aruba! I attended Roy’s tasting menu experience back in January and I still think about it often. The whole evening was absolute perfection. The evening included 5 courses including dessert. Plus a complimentary soup to start and sorbet beverage half way through the experience. Every course was chefs kiss. I chose to do the basic wine pairing for an additional cost. Roy and the woman who assisted him were so kind and personable. The building is beautiful. We came here in April, and still talk about it. I cannot recommend this place enough. The entire night was an amazing experience, and I hope to go back one day.

We were immediately greeted by Chef Ash and Kristel, and started the evening with champagne on the rooftop and chatting with the other guests. Over the next few hours, we enjoyed the most amazing 6 course meal. We did the wine pairing which I was hesitant at first since I’m not much of a wine drinker, and I was so glad I did.
