Uncle Tony's Pizza at Eagle Aruba Resort — Restaurant in Oranjestad (city)

This was the closest food option after our flight and the pizza we received was horrible! We took the pizza to go and didn't see how burnt it was until we got to our room. We tried to eat a slice before heading out to our scheduled tour 5 mins later, but it was absolutely inedible.

On our way back we showed Kimberly the photos and she apologized and said she'd tell the evening staff to make us a new pizza when we returned. We got back and showed Enrique the same photos. He said it looked horrible and apologized then he asked for the box of pizza back. After seeing that we had a slice he said "we ate the whole pizza" so he couldn't help us.

He eventually offered to make a new pizza for us, but after going back and forth we just wanted our money back. Now we have to keep the pizza to show a supervisor tomorrow.

Someone boxed that pizza and was okay serving it to guests which is ridiculous to begin with! Could not taste anything over the charcoal.

My boyfriend and i stayed at Eagle Beach Resort for 5 days and i have nothing but great things to say about Uncle Tony’s Pizza, as it was our go to spot for our entire trip no matter the time of day. Starting off with the hospitality, all of the staff here are very sweet, polite and attentive. The manager would also follow up with tables asking if everything was good so far, which was nice! We ate here every morning for breakfast, they had very good options, had a different one every morning and none of them were bad. (With the occasional late night pizza, which was also great!) Of course we would enjoy happy hour with our favorite bartender Enrique, every night he would give us a warm welcome back to “the house” after our long days of fun activities and really made us feel at home and like family in only just 5 days, so we were sad to leave! Overall awesome experience, i KNOW we will definitely be back for another...

Like any resort restaurant you are going to pay higher prices for convenience alone. Well the walk from our room, to Tony’s, to the adult pool totaled 150’.

Enrique the bartender was personable, friendly and accommodating. His Papi Special had me feeling good in no time! The pizza was good, cooked correctly with some char. The fra diavolo sauce was our favorite.

Mimi and Rose were always smiling and always made time to say hello! Mimi also has an amazing voice! Get her up to karaoke!

A shout out to the morning waitress. She had a table of seven ready for us each morning and brewed extra coffee. Very attentive!

Staff- five stars. Food - four stars - chicken park also excellent. Hot dog comes with herring so be aware for the kiddos. Prices - three stars - a little on the high side but the convenience made it tolerable.

Last few words to Enrique if he reads this - “Yeah PAPI, yeah!!!”
